Promotion and tenure dossier workshop

The UGA Office of Faculty Affairs will be offering a workshop on the preparation of promotion and tenure dossiers on Monday, Feb. 29, 2-4 p.m. and again on Friday, March 4, 9-11 a.m. at the UGA Training and Development Center.

This workshop will provide instructions on the assembly of promotion and tenure dossiers and tips for avoiding problems that weaken dossiers. Staff who assemble dossiers, clinical faculty, and tenure-track faculty who are up for their third year review or preliminary consideration are encouraged to attend if they are unfamiliar with these procedures.

To register for either session, please log into the UGA Employee Self Service site. After successful login, select “Training and Development and Register for a Class.” Scroll through the course list and select the desired workshop date. You will receive an email confirmation of your enrollment status the next day.
