StairDawgs Challenge: Come climb with us!
Compete with your friends in the UGA StairDawgs Challenge: April 1–May 3
We often find ourselves sitting at a desk for the majority of the day, set in a routine that promotes sedentarism. Physical activity is a necessary component of heath that decreases the risk of many chronic diseases and improves mood and well-being.
_Join the StairDawgs Challenge to encourage healthy behavior change, win prizes, and get moving! _
Simply log in the number of flights of stairs you’ve climbed each week (or, amount of physical activity) for your chance to win a FitBit!
