Associate dean honored for kinesiology leadership
The American Kinesiology Association has recognized a College of Education associate dean for his leadership in the field.
Karl Newell, the associate dean for research and professor of kinesiology, will receive the 2016 Distinguished Leadership Award from the American Kinesiology Association. This award recognizes outstanding administrative and leadership performance among departments that grant doctoral degrees.
