New FERPA consent form to replace ARRI form for experiential learning
The University of Georgia has created a new FERPA consent form for experiential learning, which will replace our College’s Authorization for Release of Records (ARRI) form. The ARRI form was valid until students earned their degrees and was not site-specific. The new FERPA form is site-specific and is valid for up to a year if the student returns to the same field site during that year.
The Office of Experiential Learning is considering how best to transition to the new FERPA form and welcomes input from the College.
