Webinars offer edTPA training

  • edTPA, Equity, and Community Inquiry is scheduled for 3 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20. Professor Etta Hollins, Kauffman Endowed Chair for Urban Teacher Education at the University of Missouri, Kansas City, and Andrea Whittaker from SCALE will present how edTPA provides opportunities for candidates to reveal equitable teaching practices and introduce a community inquiry process.     • Pathways to a Profession: Using edTPA Results to Chart a Professional Growth Plan is scheduled for noon on Friday, Sept. 23. Please join us as colleagues from East Carolina University, Lake Forest College, and Illinois State University discuss how they have incorporated edTPA results along with other forms of performance feedback to help candidates create an early professional growth plan as they launch their teaching careers.
