Friday's Research Colloquium focuses on Georgia's SHAPE policy
Join the UGA College of Education for the next installment of our Research Colloquium Series with Dr. Phaedra Corso, UGA Foundation Professor of Human Health and director of the Economic Evaluation Research Group.
Corso speaks at 12:30-1:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 9 in Aderhold Hall Room G5. Her talk is titled “Economic Evaluation of Georgia’s SHAPE Policy: Assessing the Impacts on Both Health and Educational Outcomes.” She will discuss the unique opportunity to prospectively evaluate the implementation of the SHAPE policy and its related activities to promote increased physical activity in Georgia’s schools.
