Take the UGA Libraries' customer satisfaction survey

The UGA Libraries, along with other national and international libraries, are participating in LibQUAL, a survey designed to gather and act upon patrons’ opinions on the quality of library services.

This survey will be open Sept. 19-30 and will take 5-10 minutes to complete. We encourage you to add comments at the end of the survey in addition to answering the survey questions. Completion of the survey will automatically enter you in a drawing to win one of 10 $25 gift certificates to Walmart.

Your responses will be completely confidential. The Libraries will use this data along with data from earlier and later editions of this survey for comparison purposes to determine if we are continuing to improve our services.
