Enter the annual Staff Representative Group chili cook-off

It’s that time of year again for the SRG Chili Cook-Off! This year’s cook-off will be Friday, Nov. 11 (Veterans Day), 11:30-1:30 p.m. in Aderhold Hall, Room 319. This year we would like to add a twist: If you would like to participate, we encourage you to enter a chili dish and/or a dessert into the contest. We will be selecting a first- and second-place chili winner and a first-place winner for dessert. If you would like to participate, please email

Additionally, we would like to celebrate and honor our veterans on this day. As part of this year’s event, we encourage College of Education staff and faculty to invite family members who have served in the U.S. armed forces to join us that day to be honored for their service to our country. All veterans include the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, select reserves of these branches, and the U.S. Coast Guard.
