Public meeting: UGA Communication Sciences and Disorders program reaccreditation forum

    The two master’s programs in Speech-Language Pathology (MA, MEd) within the Department of Communication Sciences and Special Education are undergoing reaccreditation by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). We invite the public to provide input about these programs by attending a public meeting during the site visit. This meeting will take place 4:30-5:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 24, in Aderhold Hall Room G23. Free parking is available in the lot behind Aderhold Hall off of East Campus and Green Street.

    Individuals who wish to provide input may attend this meeting or may submit written comments to the Council on Academic Accreditation prior to the accreditation site visit. Written comments must be signed and include the commenter’s name, address, telephone number, and relationship to UGA’s speech-language pathology graduate program.
