College of Education Office of Information Technology software distribution

As part of our continued effort to be more proactive and provide better end-user experiences, OIT will begin installing the Landesk Management Suite on PC desktops within the College. The software will be pushed out over the network starting Monday, Feb. 27.

Initially Landesk will be used to gather information on hardware components, installed software, and application usage. Eventually, we will use Landesk to provide self-service options. Installation of the software will be transparent to the end-user and should not interfere with usage of the device. Please contact
