New employee assistance program now available to faculty, staff
A new employee assistance program is now available for UGA faculty and staff, offering services including counseling and work-life balance support.
The University System of Georgia has partnered with Espyr to provide this benefit to all full-time and part-time faculty and staff and their family members. Established in 1989 and headquartered in Georgia, Espyr is a leading, national provider of services that help people and organizations achieve their full potential. Services are free and confidential and can be accessed through a dedicated USG EAP hotline. The hotline is available 24/7, 365 days of the year (1-888-960-3305). You can also access services through the USG EAP website or the Espyr website (company ID/password: USGCARES).
Faculty and staff will receive Employee Assistance Program brochures mailed to their work addresses in the next week. You may also view the brochure on the University System of Georgia website.
If you have questions about this program, please call the number above or visit the Espyr website.
