Governor's Office for Student Achievement announces Innovation Fund opportunities

The Governor’s Office of Student Achievement is pleased to announce the details of the Fiscal Year 2018 Innovation Fund funding cycle!

As you may know, the Innovation Fund invests in school districts, traditional public schools, charter schools, and RESAs that are planning, implementing and scaling radically innovative education programs. This year, GOSA seeks to fund programs that target the root causes of challenging and complex problems through one of the following priority areas:

  • Applied Learning with a Focus on STEAM Education
  • Birth to Age Eight Language & Literacy Development
  • Blended & Personalized Learning
  • Teacher & Leader Development for High-Need Schools

There are three grant opportunities available through this year’s funding cycle:

To apply, all applicants must complete the mandatory Technical Assistance Webinar Series which will open on Aug. 16, and submit their application online by Oct. 5, 2017.
