UGA offers resources to assist with supporting students

If you have a concern about a student, the Dean of Students has a Student Care and Outreach team that you may contact. The Office of the Dean of Students can assist students in many ways including, but not limited to, connecting people to campus and community resources, assisting students with hardship withdrawals, and providing appropriate absence notifications.

If you have a concern about a student, please complete our online form. Expressing concern proactively can help with early intervention and success. When completing this form, please be as thorough, specific and objective as possible.

This form will be reviewed 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday by the Office of the Dean of Students. This form is not monitored after hours, on weekends, or during official university holidays.
