DAWG Talks: Conversations that matter on disability, mental health, and wellness

Join us for the second installment of DAWG Talks, taking place 4:45-5:45 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 14, in Aderhold Hall Room 119 for a discussion on disability, mental health, and wellness.

For faculty, staff, and students alike, the demands and stresses of day-to-day life can be overwhelming. Conversations around mental health and disability are often shrouded in stigma, so we will work to destigmatize mental illness and collectively brainstorm how we can support one another’s wellness.

In this second installment of DAWG Talks, we invite you to bring your thoughts and questions about mental health so we can work together to increase awareness and foster a productive dialogue around wellness. Lindsay Dickerson, an academic advisor in the College of Education, will facilitate.
