Support group available today for people affected by recent natural disasters

Have you, your family, and/or friends been affected by any of the recent natural disasters such as the earthquake in Mexico or hurricanes Maria, Irma, or Harvey? Are you worried about your family and friends in the aftermath of the disasters?

The College of Education is hosting a group support session for UGA students, staff, and faculty who may need help coping, want to process their emotions, or would like a space to feel supported. The group will take place at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 4, in Aderhold Hall Room G9 in the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and will be facilitated by bilingual faculty and students from the Department of Counseling and Human Development Services.

All students, staff, and faculty are welcome to attend.
