Attention! Please confirm address for W-2 delivery
Every year, the Post Office returns hundreds of W-2s to the University Payroll Department due to incorrect addresses. Payroll must also prepare corrected W-2s due to adjustments submitted by departments after the W-2s have been printed.
Your assistance is required to ensure that W-2s are produced with correct information and will be mailed to the correct address. Incorrect addresses and late payroll adjustments will result in delays in your employees W-2s!
Employees may change their home addresses and phone numbers on the Self-Service website at any time. Home address changes made on the Self-Service site will update the UGA payroll/personnel database immediately. To make a home address or home phone number change, please visit the Self-Service website.
Employees who wish to change their home addresses or phone numbers and cannot access the Self-Service site should
contact the Payroll Department

You should notify the Payroll Department of any payroll adjustments for calendar year 2017 as soon as possible or by noon on Wednesday, Jan. 3 at the latest. Any overpayments must also be sent to Payroll by that time. If you have any questions concerning W-2 addresses and payroll adjustments,
