New grant: $2.1M project encourages STEM instruction

A new grant from the National Science Foundation will help the UGA College of Engineering and the College of Education collaborate on a project to prepare elementary school teachers to more effectively teach mathematics, science, and coding through an interdisciplinary approach.

Researchers on this grant include principal investigator Timothy Foutz in the College of Engineering and co-principal investigators AnnaMarie Conner, Roger Hill, ChanMin Kim, and Barbara Crawford in the College of Education.
