“The Expanding Role of Deans in Colleges of Education”

Over the last several years, the role of deans in colleges of education has evolved. Please describe your understanding of these shifts, and discuss how you anticipate the dynamics of the current and future climate for educational administrators will impact your role as leader of the COE at UGA.
