Bring a cellular/internet-enabled device to meeting today

We are looking forward to having a big crowd at the College of Education Fall Meeting today from 2-4:30 p.m. in Mahler Auditorium at the Georgia Center. Even if you haven’t RSVP’d, please feel free to come anyway!

If you are attending or watching live via Zoom, please bring a cellular or internet-enabled device with you as we will be doing some interactive activities during which you will be able to respond with your device. If you do not have a device, you can check one out from OIT.

From 2-2:30 p.m. and 4-4:40 p.m., we will visit and have refreshments. The formal part of the meeting will be from 2:30-4 p.m. Please make an effort to sit with people you don’t know and make sure each table has a mix of staff and faculty and people from at least three different units in the College. This is an opportunity to meet new people!

You will have an opportunity to order short-sleeve polo shirts, long-sleeve polo shirts, and half-zip pullovers with the College of Education logo. Each type of shirt will be available in red, black, and grey in sizes S-XXL. The vendor will have samples of each shirt (without the logo) available for you to see the fabric and sizing. There will be an online link to order, and we will get bulk pricing depending on how many are ordered. The pop-up shop will be open until 5 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 10. We will open it again mid-fall if there is interest.
