Last day of benefits open enrollment! $900 surcharge if you do nothing

Today is the last day of the benefits open enrollment period. Even if you do not wish to make any changes to your coverage, you MUST log on and certify tobacco use status for yourself and all covered dependents. Failure to do so will result in a $900 surcharge per covered person.
