Note changes to pay dates starting in December

Please note the following updates to pay schedules in the coming months. No matter what your pay schedule, there are no early pay dates. For details, please refer to the online pay date calendar.

Monthly and academic pay dates:

• Monday, Dec. 31, will be the December pay date for monthly and academic faculty and staff
• Going forward, the pay date will be on the last business day of the month

Bi-weekly pay dates:

• All pay dates will be on Fridays starting in January
• Friday, Jan. 4, will be the first Friday pay date for bi-weekly staff

How can I prepare?

• First, review the online pay date calendar
• Plan for any personal financial adjustments as a result of any new pay dates. For example, review bill due dates, check automatic deductions from your bank account, and plan accordingly for holiday or travel expenses.
