All of us are human. As people, it’s important to remember this, to relate to one another, and to understand that others may be fighting mental battles or disabilities we have no idea about. In this talk, presenters will engage participants in a conversation on mental health stigma and pose strategies for creating more affirming environments around mental health, disability, and wellness.

Presenters:

  • Shaina Patel, administrative specialist, Department of English
  • Ed Delgado-Romero, associate dean and professor, Department of Counseling and Human Development Services
