Many of you may have received an email from OneUSG Connect regarding your final benefits statement from Open Enrollment. There have been instances of 2019 benefits not matching up with what employees selected, and in some cases, the tobacco surcharge is still there even though employees recall updating their status.
OneUSG has been working with people who are finding these discrepancies to correct them. We encourage anyone who selected a benefit plan to review the message under “Manage My Benefits” on the USG Faculty & Staff Portal website.
