Branch selected as inaugural USG Chancellor's Learning Scholar

The University System of Georgia is pleased to announce the new Chancellor’s Learning Scholars program. Chancellor’s Learning Scholars are representatives from each USG institution who facilitate USG Faculty Learning Communities (FLCs) on their campuses. These FLCs are distinct from UGA FLCs in that the engagement products are intended to be shared across the University System of Georgia.

Congratulations to Rob Branch, professor and department head of career and information studies, for his selection as an inaugural USG Chancellor’s Learning Scholar Chancellors Learning Scholar!

“I believe leading a USG Faculty Learning Community will allow me to promote instructional designs that facilitate active, multi-functional, inspirational and situated approaches to student-centered learning,” said Branch.

The new call for applications for the USG FLCs is open through Dec. 21. Read descriptions for each FLC, and apply to join.
