Are you up for the challenge?

Join Dean Denise Spangler on Feb. 21 when she will be guest coach at the Lady Dawgs basketball game against the Arkansas Lady Backs. The event is part of UGA Athletics’ “Dean’s Challenge,” which encourages colleges from across UGA to bring guests to support their college and the Lady Dawgs.

All students, faculty, staff, and friends of the College of Education are invited to attend the game. And, thanks to the challenge, the College has tickets and concession vouchers to give away for the game. Faculty, staff, and students get free entry, but we have 150 tickets available for family and friends, as well as 150 food vouchers (first come, first serve).

The College will also be hosting a tailgate before the game that evening. All are welcome for snacks and drinks in G23 from 5-6:30; the game is at 7 p.m. at Stegeman Coliseum.

Please register online to get your tickets/vouchers and to RSVP for the tailgate. The form will also explain ticket/voucher pickup information.

If you’re attending the game, be sure to sign in at the Dean’s Challenge table located at the Smith Street concourse area so we can track attendance. The college with the dean who brings the most guests will be recognized as the winner! (Please note the UGA clear bag policy is in effect for this game.)
