Changes to Pivot database URL (bookmark new address!)

On March 1, the current Pivot URL, http://pivot.cos.com, will be discontinued and will no longer work for users.

The new URL for Pivot will be https://pivot.proquest.com/, and this will be fully operational by the second week of January.

This new URL mirrors the current site and provides the same functionality, so no data is lost, and the user experience will remain the same. However, users will have to login and access Pivot using https://pivot.proquest.com/ from March 1 moving forward. Alert emails and other communications will also start coming from “@proquest.com” rather than a “@cos.com” domain.

Starting in the new year, expect to receive continuous communication from us about this change and more information about how this might impact your users and steps you can take to ease this transition. This may be a good time for you to review all the Pivot resources, including links, branding, messaging, and promotional materials you may have on your sites. We will be providing resources to help you refresh them.
