SRG Lunch & Learn: Developing Skills for Courageous Conversations

In this Lunch & Learn sponsored by College of Education’s Staff Representative Group, attendees will learn the different skills needed to have courageous conversations about conflict (e.g., power differentials in supervisory relationships) and challenging topics (e.g., racism, sexism, heterosexism). Associate dean Anneliese Singh will facilitate this staff dialogue and make connections to the importance of courageous conversations and community-building within the College.
