Spencer Foundation Mentor Award nominations due March 15
The Spencer Foundation has announced the creation of the Spencer Mentor Award and invites you to nominate a mentor who you believe has demonstrated extraordinary contributions to supporting the research training and career trajectories of graduate students and junior scholars that engage in educational research, broadly construed. This award will provide a $25,000 grant to the winner in support of their mentoring work in the field.
Mentors must be nominated to be considered for this award (self-nominations will not be accepted). Nominations are due by 3 p.m. on Friday, March 15, and the award will be announced April 6, at Spencer’s annual American Education Research Association reception in Toronto, Ontario.
More information about eligibility, the nomination process, and award guidelines can be found on Spencer Foundations’s website.
