Critical Issues Forum: 'Building the Teacher Pipeline'
The Georgia Partnership for Excellence in Education is pleased to co-host its “Building the Teacher Pipeline” Critical Issues Forum with the Georgia Professional Standards Commission and the Georgia Department of Education at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 23, at the Georgia-Pacific Center Auditorium.
Learn how Georgia can leverage effective strategies for creating a robust teacher workforce. Hear from esteemed education scholar Richard Ingersoll, professor of education and sociology at the University of Pennsylvania. A panel of expert practitioners discussing approaches to teacher recruitment and preparation that support retention will follow the presentation.
