Faculty: Register by April 26 to take part in spring Commencement processional

It is important that faculty attend the spring Commencement processionals on Friday, May 10. Please read below for information on complimentary regalia rental, parking at the Tate Center deck, and a catered dinner in the Grand Hall.

Faculty must sign up: Please use this registration link to RSVP to attend commencement no later than April 26.
Parking: Faculty may request parking in the Tate Student Center parking deck for the Undergraduate Commencement and/or the McPhaul lot for Graduate Commencement.
Dinner and lineup: Faculty marching in the undergraduate processional should report to the Tate Center Grand Hall by 6 p.m. A buffet dinner will be provided. Dinner service begins at 5 p.m., and the procession will line up at 6:45 p.m. in the Grand Hall (Tate Center fifth floor).
Clear bag policy: The clear bag policy for UGA athletic events is in effect for Commencement. Please follow the guidelines in the “Permitted/Prohibited Items” section of the website.

All faculty are welcome to attend the undergraduate and graduate ceremonies, but only those registered will march in the processional.
