OneUSG Connect plans system downtime and upgrades in June

OneUSG Connect will not be available during the following dates and times:

  • 5 p.m. Friday, June 7- 7 a.m. Tuesday, June 11
  • 5 p.m. Friday, June 21- 7 a.m. Monday, June 24

In June, Augusta University will join UGA and 24 other University System of Georgia institutions using OneUSG Connect, and the system must be periodically shut down during the transition.

How does this affect me? What do I need to do?

  • Biweekly employees will need to record time manually during these times (see below and consult with your supervisor).
  • Employees with leave will need to enter requests outside these times.
  • Supervisors will need to approve time and absences outside of these times.
  • Faculty will need to access their faculty contracts outside of these times.

OneUSG Connect will simultaneously receive upgrades. You can find additional details about the expected impacts and upgrades on the OneSource website.
