Join the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for a critical dialogue about what it means to be an ally to people belonging to a marginalized or targeted community.

In this workshop, participants will learn skills related to:

• Generating awareness of how to leverage privilege for social justice
• Initiating courageous conversations and dialogues across differences
• Consciousness-raising and disrupting patterns of oppression
• Sustaining social change strategies that are consistent and meaningful

This workshop counts toward the faculty and staff Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion.
