WSB-TV reports on Amy Lee's legacy
Last weekend, WSB-TV’s People 2 People segment featured a story about College of Education student Amy Lee, who was honored during the recent convocation ceremony.
The story featured interviews with Lee’s parents and brother, as well as Dean Denise Spangler and convocation speaker Laura Whitaker, who spoke of Lee’s commitment to serving others. Lee, who died in August from injuries suffered in a car wreck, received an honorary bachelor’s degree in special education during this year’s graduation ceremonies.
