Action needed for electronic W-2 delivery

Employees must provide consent within OneUSG Connect if they want W-2 electronic delivery.

  • Go to the OneUSG Connect homepage and click on “Employee Self-Service” at the top of the screen
  • Click on the “Taxes” tile
  • Click on “W-2/W-2c Consent”
  • The W-2/W-2c Consent Form page will show current status of no consent received or consent received
  • Check the box to add or withdraw consent
  • An email will be distributed from donotreply@usg.edu as confirmation of the consent authorization/withdrawal made by the employee
