College staff retreat filled with gusto!

A big thank you to Heather Bailey, Georganne Gonzalez, Katrina Neidlinger, and Melanie Peiper for organizing a dynamic and inspirational Staff Retreat on Wednesday, June 19. The staff celebrated colleagues who received awards for 5, 10, 15, and 20 years of service and participated in an afternoon session focused on the innovation process.

One outcome from the session was identifying other areas of interest for future training and development, which included technology use in the office, creative ways to approach problems, stress relief, the College working together as a team, and dealing with people who are unhappy in their jobs.
