FY20 annual faculty contracts available for signature

Annual FY20 contracts for contract-eligible, fiscal, and academic faculty are now available online in the Faculty Data Self Service page in OneUSG Connect. Individual salary letters are forthcoming from the College.

To access your contract in OneUSG, please follow these step-by-step login, review, and signature instructions. Listed below are a few important notes before you login to the contract system:

• Honorary titles, such as endowed professorships or university-bestowed special titles, will not be displayed on the contracts. Please do not view their absence as an error.
• Preliminary contract data was reviewed by each hiring unit last week. If errors were found in your FY20 compensation, job data, title, pay-group, or hiring unit, then your contract probably is not yet ready for signature. If your contract is not displayed when you login to the Faculty Data Self Service page, please contact your hiring unit’s HR representative as soon as possible for assistance. Limited-term and part-time faculty do not receive annual contracts.
• If your contract is displayed and it contains incorrect data, please contact your hiring unit’s HR representative as soon as possible to initiate the steps needed for correction.
• Each dean’s office has received directions for requesting corrected contracts. Corrected contracts will not be available until after June 15.
• This year, faculty are expected to sign their contracts within 25 days of receipt (an increase from the previously allotted 20 days).
