OneUSG Connect system weekend downtime and upgrades

This is a reminder that the OneUSG Connect system will not be available on the following dates:

• 5 p.m. Friday, June 21-7 a.m. Monday, June 24

This month, Augusta University will join UGA and 24 other University System of Georgia institutions using OneUSG Connect, and the system must be periodically shut down during the transition.

• Biweekly employees will need to record time manually during these times (consult with your supervisor)
• Employees with leave will need to enter requests outside these times
• Supervisors will need to approve time and absences outside of these times
• Faculty will need to access their faculty contracts outside of these times

OneUSG Connect will simultaneously receive upgrades. For more information, visit the OneSource website.
