Incoming/new faculty
- Start the year with resources to support scholarly productivity and work/life balance. Join us for “Word to the Wise: Creating Early Faculty Success” on Thursday, Aug.15.

All faculty
Attend a faculty search committee training if you will participate in a faculty search this academic year. Register here for these sessions:
- Aug. 16, 10 a.m.–noon
- Aug. 28, 9–11 a.m.
Faculty Learning Communities (FLCs) provide camaraderie and enhance careers. OFA co-sponsors two FLCs:
- Non-tenure-track faculty
- Resources for diverse faculty retention
