Libraries' open houses (please share with grad students)
Check out all that UGA Libraries has to offer graduate students!
From 2-4 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 12, the UGA Libraries will be hosting open houses at the Main Library and Science Library for incoming or returning graduate students.
We plan to help students get acquainted (or re-acquainted) with library resources and services. Our quick demos and tours are filled with tips and tricks selected specifically to help graduate students at UGA. Each subject has its own librarian, so come meet yours!
- The Science Library resource showcase begins at 2:15 and 3:15 p.m., and tours begin at 2:30 and 3:30 p.m.
- The Main Library database introductions and building tours begin at 2, 2:15, and 2:45 p.m.
Not sure which location to visit?
- The Main Library focuses on subject areas such as the social sciences, humanities, arts, music, and business
- The Science Library focuses on subject areas such as science, technology, engineering, math, and agriculture
Graduate students are more than welcome to come to both. We look forward to meeting everyone!
