The Healing Circle: New support group for black women
Come connect with other black women and talk about issues that impact you. The Healing Circle is a weekly support group that aims to provide a safe space for you to share your experiences and engage in meaningful conversations around navigating life as a black woman at UGA and in America.
Topics include, but are not limited to: academics, racism, forgiveness, healing from past experiences, depression, loss, stress management, sexuality, gender, and healthy relationships. This group meets at 6 p.m. on Thursdays starting Sept. 19.
