New trial database in GALILEO

UGA’s art school librarian, Lindsay Reynolds, recently announced a new database trial for the artist-run “edutainment” channel DIS.art. DIS is a streaming platform for entertainment and education (edutainment) and can be found in GALILEO by name or in the list of trial databases.

The artists at DIS enlist leading artists and thinkers to expand the reach of key conversations in contemporary art, culture, activism, philosophy, and technology. Every video proposes something—a solution, a question, or a way to think about our shifting reality. New videos are posted each week.
