Open educational resources and Henry V
- Date: Thursday, Sept. 19
- Time: 4 p.m.
- Location: Main Library Room 300
Curious about open educational resources (OER)? Please join the Digital Humanities Lab for a discussion led by professor Sujata Iyengar of the English Department on the process of creating a collaborative OER with her students, as well as colleagues at UGA and the French university, UniversitĂ© Paul ValĂ©ry Montpellier 3 (UPVM3). Together, they made an open access project on Shakespeare’s Henry V.
This project is a great example of open access resource creation and dovetails nicely with the work the Libraries are already doing with Affordable Learning Georgia, the UGA Press, and scholarly communication.
