Join the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for a critical dialogue about what it means to be an ally to undocumented people and Latinx immigrant communities. In this special edition of the ally and community building workshop, participants will discuss privilege, oppression, and allyship in relation to migration.

In this workshop, participants will learn skills related to:

  • Generating awareness of how to leverage citizenship privilege in support of undocumented communities
  • Initiating courageous dialogues across different backgrounds, experiences, and identities
  • Consciousness-raising and disrupting patterns of oppression
  • Sustaining meaningful social change strategies

This workshop counts toward the faculty and staff Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion. Register for the workshop by emailing the DEI Office.
