Join the 2019-20 Office of Global Engagement General Scholarship Committee

We’re looking for a few more faculty and staff to join the 2019-20 Office of Global Engagement (OGE) General Scholarship Committee. This is an opportunity to review and score study abroad scholarship applications and get a firsthand look at the OGE General Scholarship requirements and application.

  • The OGE Scholarship deadline for students this semester is Oct. 15, and the deadline for next semester is Feb. 15.

After each deadline, committee members review and score about 50 scholarship essays in the next month. If you currently run or teach a UGA study abroad program, you are ineligible to join this committee.
