The Innovation in Teaching Conference

  • Date: Friday, Oct. 25
  • Location: Center for Continuing Education & Hotel

The Innovation in Teaching Conference’s theme this year is “New Perspectives in Teaching and Learning,” which highlights innovative teaching practices among educators across domains. The goal of this conference is for attendees to impart and take away ideas and practices that address the “what’s next” in education through sharing teaching experiences and research. This year’s keynote speaker is Mimi Ito, a cultural anthropologist, learning scientist, entrepreneur, and an advocate for connected learning—learning that is equity-oriented, centered on youth interest, and socially connected.

Registration for faculty is free.
