Consent needed for electronic W-2

All employees are encouraged to set up electronic delivery for their W-2 on the OneUSG Connect Employee Self-Service website. Without consent, W-2s are mailed to employee’s home address.

Step-by-step directions:

  • Go to the OneUSG Connect homepage and click on “Employee Self-Service” at the top of the screen
  • Click on the “Taxes” tile
  • Click on “W-2/W-2c Consent”
  • The W-2/W-2c consent form page will show current status of no consent received or consent received
  • Check the box to add or withdraw consent
  • An email will be distributed from donotreply@usg.edu as confirmation of the consent authorization/withdrawal made by the employee
