Rob Branch and Ed Delgado-Romero will share their experiences as administrative leaders within the College of Education, as well as their lived experiences of leadership, cultural values, research, and advocacy. We look forward to being in a community with you once again!

Robert Maribe (Rob) Branch (he/him/his) is a professor of learning, design, and technology. Branch served as the first African American department head in the College of Education. He relinquished his department head role after 15 years to concentrate on his research on diagramming complex conceptual relationships and other complicated flow processes. Branch is a past president of the Association for Educational Communications and Technology.

Ed Delgado-Romero (he/him/his) is the associate dean for faculty and staff services and a former president of the National Latinx Psychological Association. He is a counseling psychologist and affiliate faculty with the Latin American and Caribbean Studies Institute. He directs a bilingual counseling center, La Clinica In LaK’ech, in the community.
