Michael L. Thurmond to present "A Story Untold: Black Men and Women in Athens History"

Faculty, please inform your students that Michael L. Thurmond, acclaimed historian and DeKalb County CEO, will present a lecture on his book, “A Story Untold: Black Men and Women in Athens History,” which was updated and re-released in 2019, 40 years after its original publication.

The first 30 UGA students with a valid UGA ID will receive a free copy of his book.
