From Italy to America, Laura Bierema, a professor in the Department of Lifelong Education, Administration, and Policy, and Monica Fedeli, an associate professor at the University of Padov, are using the Fulbright Award to conduct research in higher education teaching and organizational development.

Fedeli received the Fulbright Award and traveled to UGA at the beginning of the semester to continue her research with Bierema. The two are collaborating on multiple projects, including a second book.
