Feedback requested on strategic plan 2025

As the Strategic Planning Committee strives to complete the first draft of our College’s Strategic Plan 2025, as the Mary Frances Early College of Education, we are seeking feedback from faculty and staff within our three Strategic Directions.

Specifically, we are seeking input regarding the following:

1. Have we honored our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion?
2. Are any key goals and/or key performance indicators missing or misaligned with our values?
3. Do you have any additional comments for the SP-2025 committee?

Living our values #MFECOE

During the spring College meeting on March 2, we discussed how we enact and live our values as the Mary Frances Early College of Education. Those who attended held small group discussions and completed a start/don’t, start/stop/don’t stop activity. The results of those discussions are available online. Please add your ideas, individually or in consultation with your colleagues, to the document.
